Job Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer creates visual materials for LoveYourself’s digital platforms. The role supports
campaign execution by producing on-brand graphics based on approved layouts and briefs.
Major Responsibilities
● Design social media graphics and both print and digital campaign materials.
● Apply brand guidelines consistently across outputs.
● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other design softwares to create and adapt layouts.
● Revise designs based on feedback from leads.
● Prepare files for posting and archiving.
● Support campaign rollouts and content calendars.
● Design and adapt visual materials that uphold the LoveYourself brand across digital platforms (web, email,
and social) and offline/event materials, and provide on-site visual/design support during LoveYourself events
for LoveYourself, its partners, subsidiaries, and projects.
● Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Manager, Director of Operations, Executive
Director, or a senior organization official as the need arises.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
● Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related
fields
● Recent graduates are welcome.
● Portfolio required (school, freelance, or personal work).
Professional Experience:
● No minimum years required
● Experience from internships, student orgs, advocacy work, or personal pages is acceptable.

Job Summary
The Junior Video Editor supports LoveYourself’s digital campaigns by editing videos for social media and online
platforms. The role focuses on execution, following approved content plans and creative direction.
Major Responsibilities
● Edit short and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
● Assist in basic video shoots, file organization, and footage management.
● Add captions, basic motion graphics, video composition, and platform-specific formatting.
● Use graphics or video editor for video layouts, thumbnails, and adaptations.
● Revise outputs based on feedback from the Digital Media Lead, Head of Communications &Creative
Director, or a senior organization official as the need arises.
● Follow brand guidelines and approved messaging.
● Edit and format video content that supports the LoveYourself brand across digital platforms (web, email, and
social) and offline/event materials, and provide on-site video support during LoveYourself events for
LoveYourself, its partners, subsidiaries, grants, and projects.
● Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Manager, Director of Operations, Executive
Director, or a senior organization official as the need arises.

● Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related fields
● Recent graduates are welcome.
● Demo reel or sample works are an advantage.
