LoveYourself continues to strengthen HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services across the Philippines, with a focus on key populations including GBMSM, transgender individuals, youth, and PWID. In the first quarter of 2026, the organization made steady progress toward the 95-95-95 targets through expanded, community-based HIV services.

A total of 28,045 HIV tests were conducted, with 607 reactive cases (2.15%) identified. PrEP enrollment reached 3,552 new clients, bringing total enrollment to 35,930 since 2017, with an 85% adherence rate. On the treatment side, 671 newly diagnosed clients were linked to ART, while 13,786 clients (81%) remained in care.

Viral load monitoring showed strong outcomes, with 98.08% of those tested achieving viral suppression, reinforcing the effectiveness of treatment support systems. However, challenges such as stigma and retention barriers persist and continue to impact long-term engagement in care.

Overall, LoveYourself’s Q1 2026 performance reflects strong progress in expanding access to HIV services while highlighting the continued need to strengthen retention and reduce stigma to fully achieve 95-95-95 goals.
