MIQPH Welcome Party
On May 6, in an atmosphere filled with glamour and sisterhood, Miss International Queen Philippines partnered with LoveYourself and Transcend by LoveYourself to formally introduce this year’s All-Stars edition candidates. Held at Ikigai Restobar & Billiards, the Welcome Party brought together ten remarkable queens from diverse backgrounds and regions.
The queens graced the stage to represent authenticity, resilience, and empowerment on one of the country’s most celebrated platforms for transgender women.
The event served as a formal introduction for the queens as they prepared for their MIQPH journey, leading up to the coronation night on May 16, 2026. This collaboration highlights MIQPH’s continued commitment to using beauty and visibility as a tool for inclusivity. This year’s All-Stars edition gathers some of the most unforgettable and inspiring queens to ever grace the competition.

Advocacy Proposal Day
Miss International Queen Philippines 2026: All Stars Edition held its Advocacy Proposal Day on May 12, 2026, at the New World Makati Hotel, where all ten queens cohesively presented their personal advocacies aligned with the goals and values of LoveYourself.
The event allowed the candidates’ brightest minds to shine as they shared their heartfelt plans for the LGBTQIA+ community, specifically for the Trans community. Their advocacies highlighted the issues faced by many of our brothers and sisters. Among their key calls and campaigns are healthy transitioning, free HIV testing, and accessible healthcare services across different regions of the Philippines.
These projects proposed by the queens are aligned with the values, goals, and objectives of MIQPH and LoveYourself. The event also marked the queens’ unwavering commitment to championing accessible gender-based healthcare services throughout the country.




Coronation Night
After weeks of journeying through the peaks and valleys of what it truly means to be a queen, the Miss International Queen Philippines candidates finally reached the coronation night to prove they have what it takes to wear the crown.
Held at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater on May 16, 2026, the event was star-studded, featuring pageant kings and queens from across the globe. Among the attendees and selection committee members were the reigning MIQ queen, Midori Monet of the USA, Dr. Vinn Pagtakhan of LoveYourself, and Jojo Bragais of Bragais Shoes.
Angel Montenegro (Davao), Maria Paula Vega Espina (Cebu), Yeng Lavitoria (General Santos), Mikay Bautista (Bulacan), and Red Spiegelman (Pampanga) were the candidates who rose to the Top 5, having entered the competition with vigor and grit.
The standard for this year’s competition reached unprecedented heights, with each finalist delivering groundbreaking answers during the anticipated Q&A portion that left both the judges and the audience in awe. Beyond the sparkles and glamour, the evening stood as a powerful testament to the brilliance, resilience, and diversity of transgender women.
During the coronation night, Louivie Bitongan (Ilocos Sur) and Red Spiegelman received the LoveYourself Choice Award, meaning their chosen advocacy proposals will be funded by LoveYourself, Inc; supporting the cause for Trans Health and safe transitioning.
In the end, Mikay Bautista was named 1st Runner-Up, while Anne Patricia Lorenzo-Diaz, Miss International Queen Philippines 2025, passed the coveted crown to Red Spiegelman. As the new Miss International Queen Philippines 2026. Spiegelman took home several special awards alongside the crown.
As the newly crowned queen, Red Spiegelman will now take on the responsibility of representing the Philippines on the global stage at the upcoming Miss International Queen pageant in Pattaya, Thailand, in September 2026 carrying the hopes of a proud community.
